Hi, I just got my free trial of Ultra Lean Green Tea..and I have heard good things about it so far..I’ve read the stuff on the site itself..and on this Answers page and heard about other peoples experiences’..but my main question that none of the sources answered is, do you have to diet and exercise with it? I mean I know that’s probably like a stupid question, because of course you have to diet and exercise with most things to lose weight..but NO ONE has mentioned it anywhere.. so do you just drink it and lose it?? or actually train and exercise along with it?

YES, It works. not only does it give me energy to actually get out and do some yard work…(im so lazy) but i have seriously lost a good 13 pounds in a short amount of time doing nothing but drinking it. Well the thing that they dont tell you is that green tea, or any herbal tea for that matter and help assist in the weightloss process, but it alone can not shed fat from you body.
The way green tea helps is by helping to kickstart you metabolism in and help shed toxins from the body, so by all means drink it whilst on a good healthy diet and exercise and it will help it along. It is also full of anti oxidants, and green tea with mint actually helps for stomach bloating etc during period time.
So instead of buying that off the net, just buy some green tea from your supermarket, it has the same effect!
